Applies to the FracTrack mobile application and the FracTrack web portal (portal.fractrack.it),
operated by Twin Eagle Sand Logistics, LLC ("Twin Eagle," "we," "us").

We value your privacy and are committed to being transparent about how we collect, use, share, retain,
and delete your data. This Privacy Policy describes our practices for the FracTrack application and portal.
Information we collect
- Location data. We collect your device's latitude and longitude only while you are signed in, have
signed up for a load, and are marked "en route" to our facility. This data is used to notify the facility
of your expected arrival so your truck load can be prepared. Collection occurs in the foreground while the
app is in use.
- Information you provide. Truck number, trailer number, name, and carrier name.
- Account information. The username and credentials used to sign in to the app or portal.
How we use your information
- Operational purposes only. The data we collect is used solely to manage truck loads, coordinate
arrivals, and communicate with our facilities.
- No advertising or profiling. We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or automated
profiling.
- Tracking duration. Location tracking stops immediately when you sign out of the app or when the
load is complete.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal or sensitive data. We do not share it with third parties except:
- With the facility and dispatch personnel involved in fulfilling your load, for the operational purposes
described above.
- With service providers who host or support the application, who are bound to protect the data and may
use it only to provide those services.
- Where required by law, regulation, subpoena, or other valid legal process.
Where we integrate third-party code such as SDKs, we require those providers to meet our data protection
standards and to comply with Google Play Developer Program Policies and Apple App Store policies.
Data retention and deletion
- Location records are retained only as long as needed for load coordination and operational
recordkeeping, and are then deleted or anonymized.
- Account and load information is retained for the duration of the business relationship and any period
required by law or contract.
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing
tetl.customerservice@teterminals.com. We will
respond within a reasonable period. Deleting your account removes your personal data from active systems,
subject to records we are legally required to keep.
Security
We take reasonable and appropriate measures, including encryption in transit, to protect your personal
information and to limit access to authorized personnel. However, the internet is an open system, and no
method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that information transmitted to
us will not be intercepted.
Children's privacy
FracTrack is intended for commercial drivers and business users. It is not directed to children, and we do
not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If we learn we have collected
such information, we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version at
https://portal.fractrack.it/account/tos/ and update
the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of FracTrack after a change indicates acceptance of the
revised policy.
